Located in the heart of Hollywood, Fire Station 27 is a second home to 16 firefighters on any given shift. The building is next door to the original Station 27, built in 1930 and was the largest fire station west of the Mississippi. The original houses the Hollywood Museum containing LA fire history that can be viewed by the public on Saturdays.
If you would like to invest in the members at Station 27, please donate to their Adopt-A-Fire-Station fund. Your donation will be used to purchase everyday household including appliances, tools and fitness equipment, which are all used around the clock. Unfortunately, when one of these items breaks due to heavy usage, a replacement is typically not covered by the city’s budget. Station 27 is currently fundraising so they can purchase the following items:
-Refrigerator
-Ice machine
Donate today to make a direct impact on your community. Your gift will go fully and directly to this station and be used for their immediate needs. All members of Fire Station 27 proudly serve your community and GREATLY appreciate any and all donations.
