Give the Gift of New Helmets

Structure fire helmets are one of the most important pieces of protective gear that keep our firefighters safe.

These new, lighter helmets will feature the latest technology and safety upgrades, including a more comfortable fit and increased functionality. Goggles are also an essential part of our firefighters’ turnout gear, and these new helmets will make those goggles more easily accessible in emergencies.

This year, you can double your impact. All donations will be matched dollar for dollar (up to $50,000) by one of the LAFD Foundation’s community partners, Farmers Insurance®. The cost of one helmet is $330, which means that:

• A $165 donation = 1 helmet
• A $330 donation = 2 helmets
• A $495 donation = 3 helmets
